Charges & discounts
Fund supermarkets use their purchasing power to negotiate discounts with the investment management groups. If a discount is negotiated this is passed onto you. This means it will never be more expensive to deal through a fund supermarket than dealing directly with the investment management group. In addition and wherever possible we discount up to 100% of our initial commission to allow you to purchase funds with no initial charge. Consolidated administration
Using a fund supermarket it is possible to hold all of your collective investments; ISA's, investment trusts, OEICS's, PEP's, and unit trusts in one place. This allows you to easily monitor your investments, complete just one form for any changes or fund switches and receive one simple annual consolidated statement.

Re registration
This service allows you to move your existing investments on to a fund supermarket platform without the need to sell and buy back your holdings, and at no cost. This means you remain fully invested during this consolidation process, do not incur usual transfer costs and as there are no chargeable events you have no liability to capital gains taxation.

Online fund switching
Switching from one investment manager to another within a fund supermarket takes between 24 and 48 hours. Instructions can be placed online and deals are normally completed on discounted prices, typically at a cost of just 0.25% to 0.5%. This compares to the traditional method of switching your investments from one investment manager to another at costs up to 5% and with postal dealing often taking three weeks or more.
